Rather than focus on the details of the conflict, this magazine approaches explores the multiculturalism present in Israel/Palestine, a country usually viewed within the binary of Israelis and Palestinians.

After reviewing existing literature on the subject, it considers the pedagogical value of food tourism, its downfalls, and how food can be both a subject of and vehicle for intercultural and interfaith exchange in Israel.

Photography, research, writing, and publication were carried out independently, culminating in the final product.

This was submitted as an Intercultural Studies capstone project, and it was later used as a "textbook" for a course taught by Wofford College’s chaplain about interfaith exchange, religion, culture, and conflict.

Collaboration, research, editing, and writing with Dr. Eunice Gwanmesia to prepare her book. In it, she shares knowledge, insights, and strategies for parents and teachers about cultural identity, equity, inclusion, advocacy, and belonging. The volume provides structure for starting meaningful conversations about race, power, culture, and bias, both at home and in the classroom.
